My Personal Purpose

Innovation and changing the status-quo has been a driving force in my career to date. Whether taboo busting to improve awareness of the struggle of incontinence, or driving sustainable changes in materials at GSK, driving for better has always fuelled my approach and process.

Personal Awards & Recognition

  • During 2020 and my work o the strategic reband for Sensodyne, I was recoginised as a top perform within the business, and recognised by the executive leadership for my contribution

  • Project Nourish toothbrush designed for GSK with DCA won multiple design awards and recognition in the industry thanks to the simple brief.

    • Using the most sustainable materials possible

    • Lead the new aesthetic and brand language

    • Offer superior cleaning and efficacious bristles compared to the market

  • Our product portfolio was recognised by The Marie Claire Sustainability awards for creating the most sustainable product range for female incontinence health.

  • I sit on the board of Royal High School Bath Govenors, and represent sustainability for the school and Mentor the students around sustainable action.

  • Supporting GSK consumer healths sustainablty shift, I worked across the oral health category and brands on the implementation of sustainability iconography for packaging, as well as the role out of sustainable materials within tubes.
    I am so proud of this work, as it results in physical changes for consumers buying and end of life behaviours- with a global effect

Future Arc - March 2023- Present

Venture Design Strategist

Reporting directly to the agencies founders, in this role I have worn many hats to support the growth, business development and delivery for the business

  • I worked directly with the executive board of NHS trust and pharmacy leading our multi disciplined team to transform their operational processes of their outpatient pharmacy. To directly improve operational efficiencies, and Opex vs Capex expenditure moving forwards (with the help of designing improved UI/ UX systems

  • Line managed a team of 5 (UX designers, researchers and product managers)

  • Led and Managed our portfolio of start-up businesses (whilst leading new business opportunities and growing the businesses network)

  • Budgeted and financial modelled the venture businesses and product pipeline

  • Managed the internal development of ventures. Leading a team to build ‘Penelope’ a social impact platform with the goal to aid parents in the financial planning with childcare.

  • I led a program of work with the senior leadership at PWC, facilitating design and innovation workshops to support the use of ai and digital transformation tools within their consulting services

Due to my father being terminally ill and my mother critically ill I took a 6 month career break to care for my family.


Jude - January-November 2022

Design & Development Lead

A product led female health start-up, tackling taboos in bladder care. I joined the team as the third employee and left having served 13,000 bladders in the first year of trading.

  • Pitch Deck support on Product Pipeline which helped to land the seed investment round of $4.24million

  • Build brand creative identity

  • Delivering new supply chains and NPD in warehouse within 6 months- requiring tight supplier management.

  • Relationship management with cross functional teams

GSK- January 2019- December 2021

Design Manager

Leading the re-brand of Sensodyne to ignite growth with a new demographic and grow to a £2bn valuation by 2023, whilst bringing in sustainable thinking and ideology.

  • Innovate cross brand for GSK toothbrush portfolio, re-envisioning materials, and manufacturing processes to deliver plastic saving and winning Multiple design awards.

  • Work with a cross company team to deliver recyclable tubes to support 2025 sustainability transformation targets by

  • Manage work flows for the creative team and agency mix across multi project, multi campaign.

  • Developed and Manage print processes for product packaging and sustainable practises for 120 countries across all GSK consumer health.

  • I led the creative process for the award winning nourish sub brand of Sensodyne which launched successfully in 120 countries, specifically to aid the brand growth targets

  • Delivered a rebrand of the Pronamel product range with new product innovation delivery

  • I led co-creation workshops, and creative campaign ideation to unearth and deliver against market insight.

  • Develop the 5 year product pipeline for brand growth

  • Brand world development and asset management

  • Design and artwork briefing and management across multi agency mix


Design at Unilever is treated as an ‘agency within’, I worked with leadership across global brands, re-envisioning how they we could approach design through customer experience, innovation and joy
